"Customer service is lacking and can be improved. Shawarma could have been sliced better. Pieces were too large making it a little hard to eat if you are taking it away and eating on the go. Food is ok, tasty but nothing special. Halal."

"This is truly an unexpected find in a mall food court. This place is no frills and is great in value! Portions are quite big especially if you order a large. We ordered the small kebab plate that came with three varieties of rice, spinach, grilled veggies and a salad on the side with an option of yogurt or a balsamic dressing. We also got the large kebab and chicken plate which was more or less the same as what I ordered but with two proteins. The meat was very tender and flavourful. If you're in the area and need to grab a quick bite, this is definitely a place worth checking out. They were only accepting cash when I went, so be prepared to have some on you."

"I’ll start by saying Bounour’s is a true hidden gem and not something you’d expect to find in a food hall. This is restaurant quality food with top quality, expertly prepared meats and sides for a reasonable sum of money. I ordered the mix plate which arrived with a generous portion of crispy whole piece chicken shawarma, merguez and adana kebab served with hummus, crispy shallots, chips and fresh hearty salad. There are a multitude of other options including vegetarian dishes for ones abstaining from meat. I’d happily eat a vegetable dish here as they looked just as hearty, healthy and tasty."
